Registration fees include:
- Participation in the scientific program of MES,
- Conference material and book of abstracts,
- 4 Lunches and refreshments during coffee breaks and welcome reception on Friday 2nd Sept. 2022 at 6pm.
Accompanying persons: the fees correspond to the welcome reception, lunches and refreshments during coffee breaks.

OPTION: Excursion
The excusion is to Carthage which is 3H from Monastir, but can be arranged so that those using Tunis airport for travel be dropped off afterwards. The local organisers suggest a shorter distance to Eljem-Mahdia (1h from Monastir). ElJem has an antique theatre but not the same historic importance). We could try and offer a choice of either.
The excursion, 5-th September, is not included in the registration fees (about 100 TND), and can be paid only when registering in Monastir.

Cancellations and Refunds:
Even in case of non-participation, we regret that no refunds are possible for cancellations of the fees.

Please organise the payment of your participation fees and send the receipt of your transaction to (ajmi.hammouda@fsm.rnu.tn) for confirmation.
Note that the participation fees are exclusive of tax. If any transfer fees are applicable in your country, they must be charged to your account.

3- by cash on site if you attend the conference in person and for the excursion (option).

Notes: In order to conclude the registration/application process, Participants and Speakers will be required to
send a copy of the payment of the registration fees (and the required documents: copy of your Student
ID for the academic year 2021/2022, if applicable) by e-mail to: ajmi@hammouda@fsm.rnu.tn and quote
name, institution and country. Your registration/application will not be considered valid until the bank
transaction receipt is successfully sent.
